muffin pan id

picked up this muffin pan for 3 dollars so I couldn't pass it up. would the handles since there shaped like an M make this bsr or some foreign junk?

its awfully smooth and the handles seem to be a little miss proportioned. it is gated on the side if that helps any. think its made in china or something. need to get the grey book?
