My $1 Find

I am surely no expert but that does not look like a Taiwan pan to me. It will be interesting to see what's under there. Hopefully for your sake it is not Taiwan, although I have a Taiwan that has a great surface and is a daily user.

And, for $1 who cares what it is, lol.
 
Can’t tell much with the crud. But if it is from the Far East, it still looks like the cooking surface was machined, so it will make a good user. For a dollar I’d of rolled the dice also.
