My Favorite Piece of Cast Iron

But seriously, folks...

I believe the gatemark or sprue is actually visible in that pic, just to the right of that odd little hook on the end, which I understand was used to punch a pouring hold in oil cans (although I'm skeptical about that)

I do believe that piece is rare. I've found a few online, but not many, and I've never seen another in person, although I often scrounge the "church key" boxes at sales.
 

That's a glas bottle opener probably made on Mexico it is used to open coca cola pop and that pic on top is to open aluminum beer cans for people don't want damage their nails pulling the little tab on top of can. Not all cast iron is old,nor collectable it may be useful but that's it.
 
I was thinking of using a plastic cup, a nail, and a couple of batteries to make a tiny e-tank for my bottle opener. Maybe I'll use that bic to season it afterward.
