Broke during shipping because all that was used for packaging material was news paper. He gave my a refund and said he didn't want it returned. My son is a welder. It's gonna be my camping Griddle.

I recently had a Descoware dutch oven damaged during shipment too.....the handle was broken right off. The seller gave me a half refund out of the kindness of her heart, even though she didn't have to. Goes to show there are still a FEW good folks out there!

I had a Le Creuset lid knob break into pieces during shipping ... I
let the seller off the hook. Small way to pay it forward.

I had a BSR 6 slice CBS broken during shipping due to lack of any packing material in the box. Was given a refund and an apology. Unfortunately it was not salvageable.

These days I always contact the seller and link to them the page from the main site here that describes proper packaging. Doesn't mean they'll follow it but at least the horse has been led to water.
