I found this yesterday at the scrap yard. The only markings is "5 QT" on the bottom. It is a flat bottom DO with an assist handle. Here is a picture of the reinforced bail attachment. I can't figure this one out. Any help is appreciated.

I have at least one of those and I've always thought they were Lodge. Can you post a picture of the entire top so I cam see both bail attachment points?

JMoss, I will have to do it in a couple days. It went back into the lye. It was nasty inside. I will post more pictures as soon as I am able to. I have to go to work. :x

I have a DO that matches the pics you've shown perfectly. I've also seen lots of marked Wagner and unmarked DO's for sale with the same side handles, indented pour assist, and bail design. Unmarked ones have the same 5 QT font as whats on the bottom of unmarked Wagner skillets. Some say MADE IN USA under the 5 QT, some dont. I've seen some Wagner Griswold dual logo DO's as well. Again, some say MADE IN USA. My particular DO has an unmarked Griswold clean easy lid that had me confused for a while (A much belated thank you for helping me ID it by the way) making me think mine was made after Wagner bought Griswold but before the FTC required "MADE IN USA".

Ty L is right, Wagner used that same double finger indention assist on dutch ovens, and larger skillets.
