Need help ID this piece

HI guys, just got this piece , only the ring for the waffle, #8 , but can not tell who and hen it was made , any idea, so I can start looking for the other part,, only see 8 and a series of 4 numbers

It appears to be the base for a Brilliant waffle iron, the paddles of which have similar corresponding pattern numbers.
