New Collector seeking help identifying a piece

I'm a new enthusiast from South Mississippi. Most of the pieces I have are hand me downs fro my mom and my grandmothers.

Here is a piece in my mom's collection that I can't really identify as it's logo is not one of the ones here on this page.

It has me wondering if its a reproduction or knock-off.

Wagner Ware like this was made after they had been bought out and no longer had "Sidney -O- " marked on them . They also had the "Made in U.S.A." marked on them after about 1960 .
