New Find

Hi all, new guy to the forum here. Found this the other day and can't find any info on it. It says "Silent Stream" on the back with a little oval logo and the letters "AL" under that. Looks to be hand forged (at least the handle is). Anyone ever see one like it or have any info? Thanks

Sorry, no help on the maker, but the frying pan part of it looks like stamped carbon steel to me. Still an interesting pan and I bet it will cook well.

If it is carbon steel it still gets seasoned like one would season cast iron, as that appears to have been.

Nice looking skillet, interesting handle.
