I recently bought a Puritan # 7 1503 for 28.99 and a 3 notch lodge #8 raised 2 for 18.00, single notch lodge I #3 for 14.00 and a bsr # 3 3 h for 14.00.

Today I found a Dutch oven with k 12 on the bottom and another mark I can’t make out above that and a 12 on the lid . Curious who the maker is ? Any help would be great

Also a Carlisle bean pot with legs .

Wondering if the k12 do and bean pot would be any good. Can’t seem to find anything on either online .

Any help would be great

The dutch oven with legs, more commonly called a camp oven, is a Lodge. The blob above the 12 is a shift identifier; the K identified the working pattern used to make the sand mold the pot was cast from.

Thank you for that information. I think I could get that for 50.00 would that be a good deal.? I think the Carlisle pot was lodge too. Read lodge took over Carlisle at some point . The man w do also has a griswold skillet

There are Carlisle marked pieces that look very Lodge-like. Check over the CO for cracks; if none, and no pitting on the interior, price is good.
