A spaghetti dinner is no big deal, right? However, there is the potential to get it up there with surf & turf. Homemade meat (beef) sauce, a grilled Italian sausage, fresh grated parmesan cheese on a bed of semolina pasta and a hot hard crust Italian dinner roll. Wine or a cold beer and it’s a go.



Now cleaning up the iron and the kitchen, that’s a big deal.
