Odd Pour Mark?

Bought a pan looking just at the top thought was going to be a lodge. But no notches or markings. Has a weird spot in center thought from sulfur but is only right in center and slightly shows in inside of pan. Inside still smooth and flat. Anyone have anything similar?

Are there grinding marks on the lip?

Kinda grimy yet but the right side (holding the handle) looks like it may be.
