Original blacklock

I was reading the web page and saw mention of the original blacklock. It mentions a t smashed handle . What does the original blacklock look like ? The smashed t handle ? Does anyone have a blacklock original? Also,read something about the possibility of p pans being possible lodge . Any info on that ?
