Out of the shadows and Griswold gem pans

Hey, everyone! It has been a while since I participated in the forum. Unfortunately, cast iron seemed to dry up in my area for some time and I stopped actively looking for iron for a couple of years. It's frustrating when you only see the same three three-notch Lodge pans at a ridiculous price over and over again because the dealers never turn over their inventory. Anyway, I was able to actually score a few pieces recently and thought I'd spend a little more time this summer looking for iron and participating in the community again. Here are a few highlights for me, recently:

First, some gems I've had a few years but are rare enough that I thought some of you might enjoy seeing them. Here's a nice H-pattern French roll pan—

Next up, a No. 20 Turks head—

Argh. There's a five pic limit on posts, so this will continue for a few posts more...

Here's a new one for me. A No. 8 that was unfortunately a shipping failure. The pan was broken, as you can see in the image. I repaired it, and its usable, but its probably relegated to wall duty, unfortunately.

And then there is this one:

I'm interested in any comments on this No. 7. The YB has this third variation as being much more desirable than the first two, and the only auction I saw for a collectible pan was for one that sold at $900, but that was long enough ago as to not be relevant anymore. I saw a recent eBay auction go for like $70, although that pan suffered from extreme pitting issues in one of the cups. Anyone have any idea on the current rarity/value of p/n 945 in this variation?

Finally, I got this Lodge #30 a few days ago—

I like this Lodge a lot and am happy to give it to my mom as a gift... though I HATE cleaning Turks head pans like this. Giant pain.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed the pics and I'm glad to be active again in the community. Hopefully I stick around and find some cool new things to clean up this summer.

Those pretty sweet. Too bad about the shipping, it happened to me too on a Descoware oval roaster. I bet those turks heads are hard to clean, like you said. Nice job.

And a No. 3, variation 1:

After 3 years of basically nothing I've gotten lucky on a few good deals this year. Either floods or droughts, I guess.
