Pre 1863 cast iron

Hoping someone could help me with some information on a dutch oven. On the lid I have markings " STAR FOUNDRY WHEELING VA. No 2" Would this be from before Wva became a state from VA? Any Idea on the value??

Yes, this would have been made before Virginia "split" into two states. Another rather mysterious Wheeling foundry? Am still trying to find out more about Sweeney and Wheeling Foundry (from which I have one piece each); now will have another interesting thing to try to find out about Wheeling iron manufacturing history. There are some digitized items on the Internet from early to mid-nineteenth century about Wheeling, but I have found them rather difficult to read. Good luck on your search!
