Not needing anymore breakfast skillets I have been out of the loop for many years. After checking eBay prices yesterday it is apparent these bs’s do not belong hidden in a kitchen cabinet. They get used, but not often enough. So today:
On a happier note not all prices are going crazy. In 1963, when the minimum wage was $1.25, a coke or a candy bar was 10¢. Gas was 29¢. The m/w is now $7.50 but should be $10.00. Based on percentages of the m/w a 12 oz. coke at 75¢ and a candy bar (at 75¢/oz.) and gas at $2.05 are all cheaper than what they should be if the m/w was $10.00 and even McD’s is close to a 15¢ hamburger.
