It's hard to choose a favorite and sometimes I don't feel it's right to pick a favorite, I love them all in different ways. That being said, I'm especially excited about this recent addition to my collection. Seasoned with Crisbee Cast Iron Seasoning. This picture was after just two coats of seasoning. I typically do 3 seasoning sessions where i'll apply one coat at 200 degrees, then heat at 400 for one hour, then I turn off the oven and open the door for 10 minutes then apply another coat. So, technically 6 coats before I put it in rotation. Man, I never get sick of looking at this pan!
