Hello all,

I recently went to central Pa with my wife for Thanksgiving. After an arduous day of antiqueing and being bored to death I came across this. I love anything cooking related. It was sold to me as an egg pan however I think it might be an
ebelskiver pan. I picked it up for three dollars. I was wondering if anyone can tell me it's origins and age. I can't tell if it's three months, three years or thirty years old. Please and thank you!

It is an aebelskiver pan, which are often also called egg bakers or egg poachers, and similar in design to a couple of other ones seen around. The lack of identifying marks makes knowing a manufacturer unlikely, but the lack of a country of origin marking tends to place it pre-1960. Might be an import, but the design and rough quality points more towards Asian than Scandinavian.
