Questions about some flea market finds

It turned out to be a pretty good day for me at the flea market today. I found a #8 griddle with a fancy handle, a 11 1/4" Wagner no name pre 1960 skillet griddle, a (what I believe to be) #3 Wagner no name w/heat ring, a small aluminum no name corn stick pan, and last but not least is a Wagner Ware Sidney, Ohio E Bread Stick Pan #1326. I'm pretty happy with what I found today, especially since I spent less than I spent on lunch at Chilies yesterday.

My questions are;
#1 Is the #3 pan a Wagner and about when would it have been made? I also have a #8 just like it.

#2 Is there any way of knowing who made the aluminum corn stick pan? The cups are alternating and the holes are like my Wagner Ware corn stick pans.

#3 The bread stick pan appears to coated in nickel or chrome. What would be the best way to clean it? Right now I'm cleaning my pans with oven cleaner, I did set up an e-tank but all I have is an automatic battery charger and it's a hassle to hook it up to the battery on my truck.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I have a Vollrath No Name, and it does look similar, but it has a sideways 5 on the bottom. I thought I saw somewhere that Wagner made some early pans with heat rings and nothing on the back.

I'm new to this and only got my first pan about 2 months ago, so I'm probably wrong.

I don't think your wrong. I have an old Wagner, two Vollraths and a National that all look pretty much the same. I have been told that Vollrath was the only one to have the sideways number although you can hear anything.....

Thanks Doug for clearing that up for me. I have 2 National/Wagner Ware skillets that I just looked at and I see the difference now.

Lye bath.

An e-tank will remove plating.

Lacking a lye bath, if the oven cleaner you're using is lye based then I presume it'll work okay but others may know better.

I don't see much there that lye will work on. Electro may remove plating that has already been compromised and loosened. If all that's on this one is spots of rust in pinholes in the plating, some vinegar and steelwool may be all that's necessary. This is Wagner, so it is nickel.
