Rosemary fresh and chopped. Garlic and olive oil. Salt pepper. Blend it for painting later. Salt and pepper your racks. Brown then in oil in your cast iron. I used a newer pan which I like. Let rest and paint with the above. Roast at a proper temp until done for your taste.

I can smell the rosemary here, Oh my rosemary plant is wintering in my office.
