Replacement lid for "C" oval le creuset

Hi, I picked up an old Le Creuset dutch oven and am trying to track down a lid that would fit. All it has stamped on the bottom is "Le Creuset, Made in France" with the letter "C" in the center. There are no numbers (i.e., 25, 27, etc) giving the size otherwise.

The measurements are approximately 10"x8"x4" deep. The bottom is not enameled -- just smooth cast iron. Any thoughts on what size this is, and if any of the modern lid sized would fit it well?

Thanks!

That page is actually one of things that made me unsure. The volume of the pot is approximately 4.3 quarts, but the marking "C" suggests that it corresponds to a 2.5L round pot. I'm guessing it's closed to the standard 4.25 qt oval, but it's a fairly old pot, so I don't want to spend money on a lid with the chance that the oval shape has not remained consistent over time.

I'm guessing the C ovals were not necessarily the same in terms of capacity as C rounds, but the resource the table came from did not list letters for the corresponding ovals. The numbers typically refer to diameter or length in centimeters.

In trying to flesh out the table on the Le Creuset page with more complete info about the letters on oval ovens, I discovered there were at some point changes in production resulting in not all lids fitting all pots with corresponding letters. Finding a match online will therefore require research and obtaining precise measurements before purchase.
