Restoration Pics and ID Help

Good morning.

Been looking for a cauldron type pot to give to a friend who loves camping. Found a pair of pretty rusted specimens at a rural estate sale ($5 apiece). I enjoy a good challenge, and was curious if I could even get them clean and would they be in good shape. Vinegar bath, 48 hours in e-tank, wire wheel, a lot of elbow grease later, I have one in decent condition. Once cleaned, however, noticed lack of usual ID marks. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I suspect these are from a small local foundry and may not be able to be properly identified. The one I cleaned is the one on the left in the before pics.

Thank you in advance, have a good day

Most bottom gated items are usually unidentifiable as to maker unless they have more maker info on them. Just FWIW, those are round bottom pots and not cauldrons.

AKA straight pot. I have one here that's similar, same handles but a number 9 on the bottom. Not a clue as to who made it.

I have one just like that but it says 8K on the bottom (raised lettering, same font, letters look same size). I'm curious about the maker as well. Fits my unmarked Griswold #8 DO lid like a glove. I had high hopes for it until it came out of the etank with 2 cracks and a very distressed coating of porcelain along the top 1/3 of the inside.

Thank you everyone for the insight. Will post pics of the other pot once cleaned.

Have a good morning
