S R Pot

I would look at your photos, but lately Google is becoming more and more of a pain trying to move people to Google+ whether they want to or not. Those links won't let me view anything without first "upgrading" to Google+, which I don't care to do.

The raised S and R probably are molder's marks, as the only Sears Roebuck pieces I can think of would be incised "S. R. & Co." like those on the Griswold-made pieces.

I like flikr but it is run by yahoo of which i have had an account for over 10 years but when I tried to login even though I have my username and password it still asked for the answer to my security question which i have forgotten in the last 10 years. I tried to contact customer care by email but to do that you need to answere the security question! I give up, no more yahoo for me. Which photo sharing app do you prefer, I will use it from here on. Thanks.

I've tried to help solve the issues with the various photo hosting solutions by offering a way to forward user photos to individual albums on the website's Picasa account. It involves emailing them and me uploading them, which while not immediate, makes them easier to link to, and also helps make sure they don't disappear if the user gives up their personal image hosting account elsewhere. See the post in the Member Communications forum for details.

What about Panoramio? I know it's another Google product, but at least it doesn't always try to "convert" you to Google +.
