I just picked up this lamb mold a few days ago. I was eager to put it to the test. I watched a lady on YouTube, really because I was curious to see how high to pour the batter. I’ll tell the truth, I was cautiously optimistic about what the end result was going to be. I made a carrot cake... I think it would have looked a lot better with a lighter colored cake. I’m flirting with the idea of a pineapple upside down flavored cake with the cherries inside. Maybe dice the fruit small and incorporate it into the batter. Maybe next time. Anyway, here’s this.
