How can one differentiate between the Lodge pans and the BSR sauce pans. They look identical to me except for the raised molders mark on the Lodge.

Best way I know to tell the difference is to look at the top of the handles. Lodge is marked like the one you show, i.e., 2-2QT. BSRs are not marked on top of the handles.

According to the BSR historical data there are some sauce pans marked on the tops of the handles. See attached link.

You're correct, MDF. I should've clarified that a little better. Lodge would be marked 2-2QT. The marked BSRs would only be marked 2QT.
