Skillet ID for a newbie

Found this crusty gem at a yard sale. Started cleaning it today and was disappointed to see it is cracked and has been rewelded poorly. Anyway, the handle is a nice design. ID help?

I also have these lids. One is marked FP and has a ridge. It fits the pot shown below.

I think the lid might be BSR red mountain. You can see an example here.

Still trying to get through the crud on the bottom of that pan, so I don't know yet. Here is the disappointing crack/welds:

the lid looks bsr but its missing the size number on top. not sure if all red mountain do or not. ive only seen 3 and they all did.

The dimples don't look right in the lid for BSR quality. Is there a size under the handle?

Some sort of knock off maybe? The top has a diamond with a dot and looks to have a partial FBP inside of the diamond. Below it in larger letters it barely shows part of a F, then a space, then part of a P. The underside of the lid, the FP is rough and made up of small dots.

Thanks. The underside of mine has the dimples in the exact same spot around the FP as the link you posted, just mines fainter lettering on the top of the lid.
