Skillet ID Help Please

I bought this item for $5, it was completely covered in crust (crud + rust = crust). The heat ring was visible, why I made the purchase, but not the markings and thought it was worth the gamble. (It's at this moment I realize before pic(s) would be interesting, next time...if I remember)

E-tank and lye-bath sessions revealed the markings and standard screw head...what the wha...?! The heat ring resembles BSR pieces but I've not seen the screw head stamping before.
