Skillet Identification

Hello,

I am fairly new in the collecting and using of cast iron. For far I have got a hand full of pics, enough for me to make a cleaning day out of them. Today I picked up a skillet from a local thrift shop. I would like some help identifying it. The only marking I can find is a 9 on the handle. Nothing on the bottom other than the ring. The bottom is smooth. I did find another thread (http://www.castironcollector.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2592) that looks just about the same. I based that on the handle cutout design mostly.

Maybe the molder forgot to mark his work, but looks like old no-notch Lodge.

I know you asked Doug, but nope, not a possible Blacklock. Doesn't fit the characteristics attributed to them. Old, no notch Lodge is what I think it is, too.

most people agree on outside heat ring, side gate, raised number on handle, and raised mark on bottom for it to be the "B" word.
still a very nice pan
