Skillet Identification

I know identifying gated skillets is difficult at best but this one seems to have some distinct features. The pour spouts are long and funnel shaped and the markings on the back seem to be familiar. Anyone have any thoughts on who might be a maker for this one ?

that seems to be the most common set of characteristics that I normally see on those curved 'fancy handle' gate marked skillets.. the handle and spouts are usually like that... the style of the raised size on the bottom and the big, bold molder's mark are unusual... but I feel like I've seen pics of similar pans.
