I have a couple of new Lodge pieces and I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with smoothing these out.
I have seen some posts that talk about a mirror/glossy finish. I am not looking for a glossy finish but I am looking to get a finish similar to what is on the bottom of the skillets; just enough to take the edge off of the peaks so that metal spatulas are bearable and it doesn't shred a paper towel.
Any comments or experiences would be appreciated.
