I have a piece of old mystery iron here!
I have absolutely no idea what this is. It's a little smaller than a no.5.
Here are the characteristics of this pan
1. very thin and fairly light (see pic for comparison with a 1-notch lodge no.6)
2. hollowed out handle
3. squarish hole on handle
4. no pour spouts
5. there's a shallow "gutter" around the edge of the cooking surface
6. The interior is smooth, with casting texture on exterior
7. has heat right.
This pan came with a 1-notch no.6 lodge purchase... which may or may not help with ID.
