Terms of Service?

I'd like to find out if I can post an in-seach-of plea on this website and thought I would read Terms of Service, rather than asking. However, I cannot find a list of the Terms of Service--I clicked on "Please review terms of service" but didn't find the terms. Can someone help me? (Or even answer my question about ISO....)
