This morning's flea market finds:
Griswold #3 Large Logo skillet
Griswold #10 Large Logo griddle
Lodge #6 3-notch heat ring skillet
#5 mystery skillet - thick crud build up
Lodge 27C2 corn bread pan
Not a bad morning.

The 3 should clean up fine, but the big griddle is sure to have some pitting. Not too concerned since I got them all for pretty cheap. I had a pretty successful weekend. These 5 this morning, a Griswold #6 Large logo, Griswold #8 small logo, and Martin #5 skillet yesterday afternoon. And The big pick of the weekend was a #12 Griswold's Erie at an auction yesterday morning.

You inspired me to make a quick run to our local swap meet. I found a Griswold square skillet glass lid for 2$.

I sure do. I couldn't get that 2$ out of my purse fast enough. The funny part was that there was a cast iron dealer in the space next to the one with the lid and they didn't spot it first. Of course I had to point out their mistake. :icon_rofl: Shame on me. They were explaining to him what he sold me as I walked away.

Very nice. I like that #10 griddle! I'm gonna guess the #5 is a Wagner.

Yeah John, my guess on the the mystery skillet is Wagner also. Just hope I don't see Taiwan when it comes clean. The #10 griddle is pretty rusty unfortunately. I feel almost certain that there will be pitting when I can get it in my e-tank.
