This weekends auction haul

Had a really good day at a nice country auction yesterday. Especially like the Griswold #7 pot - p/n 810. Never saw one before with the iron ring on the side.

Most of them are marked enough for a good I.D., but not all. The Chicken fryer that goes with the lid is in the e-tank right now and is kind of unusual to me. It has a B inside a diamond at 6:00 and I believe it's a CHF ?? I've never seen anything like the blue enameled pan. It is marked PRIZER WARE USA CS 858. The first pic with the heat ring is a size 10 that I would guess BSR. What do you guys think?

Believe it or not, most of these were in a big cardboard box sold as a lot. The Griswold pot with the ring I bought separately for $35 because I've never seen one. The blue PRIZER was a dollar, 2 Wagner #3s were a buck a piece. and all the rest were in the box lot that I was lucky enough to get for $18. The unmarked dutch oven does have a crack, and the Good Health griddle has a chip. Other than that, they all look like they should clean up nicely. Like you Doug, the Iron Mountain griddle caught my attention with it's unique handle design. I've seen my share of IR skillets, but never a griddle. Felt like I really hit the jackpot with this lot.

Jody,

It sounds like you were at an auction that most of us can only dream about.

Can you post a picture of the deep kettle that's shown in the upper right corner of your group photo. You commented on the ring on its side.

RLMuse thanks for the information. Very interesting. Only a few hours from me.
MikeZ here are a couple of pics of the deep kettle with the ring. It's a Griswold #7 p/n 810. The bottom is pretty dinged up, but I'm excited to have it.

Often the dinged up and pitted pieces are my favorites to cook with. Like your Griswold, once cleaned and seasoned it makes the ultimate cast iron to do whatever you want without the threat of ruining it!!

The kettle is certainly an early one. Thanks for the picture.

I've seen cookstoves advertised in an 1897 Sears catalog that were made by the Orr, Painter & Co.
