You may find a 3 footed (short legs 1/2” or less) advertised as sitting flat. Or, if you ask if it sits flat you may be told that it does. It’s hard for a three footed or legged anything not to sit flat, right?
If the belly is warped enough you may find that it sits on two legs and the belly with one foot up in the air. It sits flat - sorta. You can tilt it so the up foot is down but then another foot goes up. This can continue for a long time and reminded me of this:
