Today's catch

I found what I believe to be a unnamed Favorite Chicken Fryer. It has the #8 1/2 lid, and the fryer has a unique outer heat ring and a diamond logo with a D inside at 6 o'clock. I think it was $25 well spent, a good cleaning and it will be a work of art.
 
That should clean up nicely. I have a 3 notch Lodge and a Wag #8 DO to do that have been waiting for me to rebuild the electrolysis tank. Finally getting around to doing it today. Now I remember why I've put it off. Ugh!!
 
Lousy day here for it, very cold and windy. I have my Iron Mountain #8 lid in there now, just pulled out a single notch #8 Lodge CF that looks brand new now.

Yes it will definitely look terrific when done, it'll go in later today. It is nearly 1.5 pounds lighter than my Wagner of the same size, and weighs the same as the smaller Lodge, definitely a keeper.
