Trying to identify maker of pan

Newly registered here after lurking for months. We started collecting last year, and have about 25 pieces (Griswold, Wagner, and Wapak). My wife picked up this pan last weekend at a flea market and I would like to identify the manufacturer, if possible. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide insight.

These older, unmarked, bottom-gated pieces are typically impossible to connect to a maker. Sometimes the characteristics of the design, like the handle, the feet, or the spouts, can give an indication of time period or region, but that's about all.
