Love my cast iron pans and got thinking a bit more about their history and heritage in the UK while enjoying a coffee. It turns out that google while sipping my coffee didn't turn up as much as I expected. Hence I'll start here and work my way back to the UK.
If you know of any UK sources if info they would be much appreciated.
Cooking good food is fun, but I think I have come to appreciate that as I get a long way from the cradle and a lot closer to the grave.
