unable to identify the manufacturer

I'm unable to identify the manufacturer. I presume it was made prior to 1960 It has a depression 2 on the bottom and depression 8 on the handle. The cooking surface is very smooth. Any help is appreciated.

The handle looks like one of the name brand makers, but my guess is that this is from a small unknown foundry reasonably proficient in modern casting technology, using a de-branded pan as a pattern.

Thanks again, there is a wealth of knowledge out there and many you tube videos help to identify, but apparently there were many manufactures, some copying molds.
