Unmarked, Gate marked, Erie?

The gate marked pan is a #9, and has no markings. I know it's a 9 because the Erie 8 fits inside it.

The handle seems to match the Erie. Any opunions?

A recast made using most likely an Erie pan for a pattern (a slightly earlier series Erie it would appear). Griswold didn't use bottom gating; the casting flaws in the handle would never have passed Griswold QC even if they did.
