Unmarked with unusual handle

I got this for just $5 because it was so gnarly (plus the guy gave me $5 off on a very nice arc logo Wagner). There are no markings at all on the underside anymore, if there ever was. It has an outset heat ring, thin walls, and glassy cooking surface, as most from that period did.

The handle seems to be the only identifying feature to me... it isn't quite like any others that I own, with a very deep scoop around the far end of the handle, pretty much leaving a ridge. Any ideas?

Probably just a mold issue, but there's a line through the size number on top of the handle
