Waffle Iron

I am real new to CI collecting so if i see something that looks interesting and it's made of CI i buy it!:chuckle:

I found this waffle maker awhile back and have been looking for anything that would ID it but other than seeing one like it and their description of it being a campfire waffle iron i haven't found much else. So has anyone seen something like this, who made it and how old?

That thing is awesome! I have no idea who made it but given the hinges and stamping i'm gonna say pre 1900. Sweet waffle iron!! Congrats!

I just looked and the handles are part of the cast, so i would say they are original.

Ron....I see these type WI's listed on eBay all the time. Most appear to be French but there are others also. Here is a link to eBay's listings as shown today.
