Wagner 1060 no pattern number

Hey all,
I m in the process of restoring this Wagner skillet and noticed there is not a pattern identifying letter after the 1060. First Wagner I have seen without the identifier. Is there any particular uniqueness to this aspect? Also a rough idea of the vintage would be appreciated, thanks.
Not that it matters, but I have another 1060(s).

No letter means either only one working pattern required for a (low volume) piece, or just one more working pattern if more than A-Z needed.
