Wagner Glass Dutch Oven Cover

I picked up a Wagner Dutch Oven.
It came with a Glass Pyrex cover with C-FF and 626C on the cover.
Could that have been the original cover?

626 is the Pyrex number for a knob top dome style lid for a 3 qt. Pyrex casserole. The Wagners typically have WAGNER embossed on the rim and, for a #8 (5 qt.) DO, C-8. Also a ring of baster elements on the underside.

Someone must have broken their lid or just didn't have one and got that replacement lid. C-8s can be found on eBay but they're pricey.
