Wagner pans

Hi,

I just picked up 2 Wagner skillets for $20. One is a "1891 Original" grill pan which I guess was a 100 year anniversary pan from the 90's. It has the ridges that leave grill marks....Super heavy. The other says Wagner Sydney "greaseless fryer". It has a rather unique raised cooking area. I'll take pictures when I get them cleaned up.

Thank you. I'm curious how they will look when they're done. I started the cleaning process, so it will be a bit before I get some pictures uploaded.

Update: My two Wagner CI pans are still in the process of cleaning , so no pics yet. What I'm amazed at is how smooth the surface of the greaseless fryer is. It's remarkable. The surrounding troft needs another day to degrease before I can get an idea of its surface. The second thing is I can't believe how heavy the "Wagner 1891" grill pan is. The surface is no where as smooth as the "greaseless fryer" The graceless fryer also says "1102. K", patent pending. I've seen other letters used after the 1102. Anyone know The meaning of the letters?

Thanks....Al
