Wagner Stylized W/size Number

I picked up this pan yesterday and was wondering about dating and value. It's stylized logo with size number instead of c/n. Smooth bottom no heat ring. The BB shows 1920-1924 but the pic appears to have a HR, the RB shows 1925-1930 and also appears to have a heat ring. Which one do I have and what's an approx value as I believe I overpaid, it's perfectly flat and in excellent condition it will clean up awesome but I think I got excited about finding my first size number skillet.

I hate to widen your date range but that handle and flat bottom sure looks a lot like the pie logo #3 pictured on p232 of the Blue Book and dated 1915-1920.

I think Wagner started using part numbers in 1924. If that is correct, this pan was made prior to 1924.

I'd think more like 1920-1924. Also, consider have you ever seen a Wagner 2 or 3 skillet of any marking with a heat ring?

Note there are no pie logo skillets without c/ns, so it would seem the BB or RB are in error dating those pre-1924.

Was $18 to much? Asking price was $20. I guess I considered that I haven't seen many with size numbers more than I considered #3's as having lower value when I made my decision to purchase

That makes me feel a little better, I'll know more after it comes out of the lye bath but under close inspection it appeared almost flawless
