Wagner Waffle Iron info?

OK, trying again here....

I'd appreciate info on this Wagner waffle iron--approximate date of manufacture, value, anything you'd care to share with me, as I am just learning about the history of cast iron. The wording on the front is the same on the back.

(I know this old iron has the wrong handles and am trying to find some replacements.)

Can't help you with age, but we just picked up one just like it at an estate sale.
Ours has the original tall base and loose wood handles, but one of the plates is cracked! Going to try to clean and use it anyway. Was a package deal with another smaller unmarked waffle iron with a fleur-de-lis and crosses pattern with original base, and an orphaned short base with "V8" cutout in the handle...
