Wagner with Handle I Haven't Seen Before

(I'm having to slurp pictures from the web for this question. If they aren't sufficient, please delete my thread.)

I may have overlooked it, but I couldn't find any reference in the CIC data base about a stylized WW Sidney -O- skillet that had a handle with a reinforcing rib. Am I looking at this photo wrong? Any info would be appreciated.

Is that a #6 skillet? I don't pay that much attention to Wagner handle details but it seems like it's usually only the #6's I find that have that rib. I believe a similar rib might be found on some pie logo skillets also.

Most/all the smooth bottom stylized logos (and unmarked ones) have some kind of rib/bump there which is flattened where it meets the pan. I know my 3, 6, & 10 do. Here's a pic of the 6 I just picked up that shows it (middle pan):

I agree they all have a raised area that flattens out but the 6's all seem to have a more prominent rib. Compare your skillets side by side and see if there is a difference.

Yes, it's a 6, as far as I can tell from the posted measurement.

And, yes, this rib looks more prominent than on an 8 that I have.
