What can you tell me about the griswold #9 model 651 griddle

Wood handle is still intact. Some of the black finish has worn away.

It's a milled bottom griddle. BB pg. 55 says ca. 1920.

Should i hang it on the wall or use it?

While it certainly could be used, it's a piece not often seen, so if you wish to preserve collectible value, which the BB places at $100 (when in excellent condition), you probably want to do so with care.
