What is this and what is approx. date of manufacture?

I think this is a BSR cornbread pan. Patent pending might nail down the date of manufacture but I have no idea what that might be. Anyone?

Yes, a BSR cornbread skillet.

That one was manufactured sometime between 1967 (when it was introduced) and the early 1970s (when they replaced "Pat. Pending" with "Made in USA").
