What is this pan?

This pan looks like it has a single notch opposite the handle, so I thought it was a Lodge. But when I looked it up in the red book, the number in the book is opposite the handle, just below the notch. The number on this pan is a little below center toward the handle. Also, the handle looks like BSR. What is this pan?

I think it is a Lodge. The Red Book doesn't show every pan they made. The single break in the heat ring is like the #4 shown on page 223 but the location and font of the 5 is identical to the one shown on page 222. Both are from 1925-1930, and I think yours is too.
